Descripción de la oferta y del perfil requerido
Brand ambassador promoting both product and ranges to maximise new business and maintain current partner relationships to the highest levels
Continually identifying new opportunities for wholesale partners that are brand fit through research and industry contacts
Leading full account management of all wholesale accounts maximising volumes and in season buys
Acts as the key point of contact for all partners both remotely for day to day operational matters and in person at our showroom
To gather an in-depth knowledge of partners, developing & establishing relationships with targeted accounts as well as focusing & growing existing business accounts to maximise sale opportunities
Seeing all opportunities to trade over and above budgets with all partners.
To deliver a credible balanced range by working with the partner budgets, phasing and product mix requirements
Product development and international exclusives in line with brand direction; developing product to cater for different international requirements
To understand and report on weekly performance, submitting weekly sell thru reports on all wholesale accounts and identifying potential growth in over performing categories
Compiling monthly detailed competitor reports highlighting new directions, opportunities and pricing
Implementing a scalable and focused wholesale strategy - agreeing year by year revenue & suitable account targets
To manage Supply chain from selection through to delivery
To effectively manage partner seasonal budgets demonstrating a pro-active approach to trade, identify and resolve lessons and flex partner’s intake accordingly
To manage profit performance through limiting risk, potentialising profit and managing departmental sales performance
To implement best practice into the team to deliver maximum output and offering partners great levels of service
To manage relationships with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure partner product requirements are met

Currently working in a Wholesale environment for a fashion retailer
Have proven success at managing Wholesale relationships
Have an established track record of driving business forward
Be able to demonstrate pro-activity in sourcing new ideas and inspiration
Possess excellent commercial awareness and ability to drive profit
Demonstrate good analytical skills, organization, excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Display excellent inter-personal and presentation skills
Have experience of working as part of a fast paced team as well as an ability to work independently
Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast past environment
Good people management skills
Responsible for managing and developing all international businesses, distributors and A-Tier major department stores and specialty stores. Additional responsibilities include coordinating all freight logistics (commercial invoice and packing lists) and creating and managing all invoices and accounts receivables
